The mission of Shanghai Xu Bo Art and Culture Exchange is to develop intercultural educational experiences between China and other countries. Their aims are:
- To help children in need
- To gain teaching experience, working experience and and active exchange of cultures
- To enable people, communities and institutions in China to benefit from working with volunteers.
The staff is pictured above. From left, Tom Zeng, Arron Qi, Lisa Wu and Director, Jessie Duanmu. Jessie obtained her Master’s Degree in Education in the UK and has been teaching English and Mandarin in primary and secondary schools for 8 years. She has a great love for travel and has been to France, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Canada, UK, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, USA, South Africa, Norway, Ireland and Australia. In her spare time, she loves cooking, dancing, Chinese instrument, golf, table tennis and swimming. The new Xu Bo office space is shown below.
